had a very satisfying stay at Xu’s place! The location is excellent, especially with the pool being right next to the unit.

Xu’s place was an excellent stay! The location felt very safe and secure, with the added bonus of two pools, a spa, and a gym—all well-maintained and easily accessible.

The apartment is in a security gated community shared with other residents. Xu’s apartment is right next to the pool and club house, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Such a comfortable, relaxing stay. I wish I could've had more time to enjoy it, but hopefully next time if they'll allow me. It was maybe a mile from the strip and less than 10 minutes from the airport.

The place was as advertised - very clean, perfect for our short stay for a conference. Xu was very gracious in adjusting to some issues (on our end) that came up before the trip, and had no issues with the place at all.

The location is amazing, and Xu ensures the cleanliness of the place before arrival and is very consistent with contacting you in case of any issues.
