Beautiful Furnished 1 bd 1 ba luxury condo at the 2nd floor 2 Pools & a spa. 24/7 live security at gate. 3-5 minutesdrive or 15 minutes walk to Strip. Rio hotel & Palms across the street. Designated Uber & Lyft parking in front of the club house. Walgreen & restaurants across the street 5 minutes drive to the Allegiant Stadium Do not smoke inside the house. Only at the balcony!!

Perfect for our needs. Great location. We were in town to experience The Wizard of Oz at The Sphere (it was amazing!!) and visit some casinos (we found the Palms to be the best and it’s very close by.) Quiet gated community.

Right off the strip and close to so many things in town. The security team is helpful and kind. The grounds of the apartment are clean and well taken care of. This unit was the perfect fit for our needs.

Great location - it’s nice to be away from the strip but it’s a quick 5 min drive to the strip and 20 min walk. Place is clean, and the pools were easily accessible and great place to lounge.

This place was perfect! Walkable to the strip and the hostess thought of everything down to the sunscreen and coffee! Had a beautiful stay—Gated neighborhood and we felt totally safe.

We had a great stay at Shiri's place! Great location, clean apartment, comfortable bed, very nice TV, fully stocked kitchen with a full set of nonstick pots and pans, oil, and spices.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Easy check in/out, very clean and confortable. The location is ok, just a bus stop or 30 min walking to the strip.

Stayed on this complex 4 times now. Great location in gated community. Heated pool and hot-tub (closed when we visited). Place is on 1st floor. Kitchen has all amenities you'd need. Bathroom very clean.

The location is 6 minutes away from the Strip, you can't beat that unless you're at a hotel! The host was also timely with her responses when we inquired about anything.

Other than the water pressure, the place was exactly as Shiri described in the post. Shiri provided really good instructions on finding the location and the place is clean and comfortable.
