This is a very nice place to stay. It’s clean and quiet, the ac units work great. And the shower is huge! We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great place! Super clean, organized & spacious for a studio. Location was perfect, quite neighborhood and not too far out from the strip. Had no problem checking in, as instructions were detailed and clear.

This location was the perfect size. location was great if you are looking to do typical Vegas things. I was apartment hunting so was a little all over the city. The home was clean and cozy.

Leticia place was cozy and big enough for us, we save some money cooking a few meals while away from home, it was very clean and had all you may need. Thank you for letting us stay and for the price very affordable.
