Private Studio

This was truly an amazing experience! The location is about 15 minutes away from the strip (depending on where you’re going). It was more than enough space for one person.

Stayed here for 3 nights the day of check in my arrival time was 1:30 and Claudia had the house ready by that time which made it super easy for us after driving 8 hrs.

The house is very clean, everything is new. I was able to cook food while staying inside the house. The only complaint is the table and chair in the kitchen are too tall.

We really enjoyed our stay here, Ms.Claudia is very welcoming, responsive and even though the room is attached to the house we have A LOT of privacy. The space was clean, comfortable and well organized.

This is a great place for 1-2 people. It's nicely furnished and very clean. Renovated bathroom and comfy bed. The area is quiet and there were no disturbances evening or morning while I was working and sitting through meetings.

We needed a homebase while we were in town for a football tournament and this served that purpose perfectly! We had a place to prepare meals ( with a decent spice cabinet!) and comfy space to lay our heads.

Wonderful stay! Close to the strip and other Las Vegas festivities. Claudia was very responsive and accomodating when I wanted to extend my stay
