Leanne’s place is Beautiful! 🤩 My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at her place. The views of the strip are Amazing! The place was very comfortable, spacious, clean and with the convenience of a kitchenette.

Leanne: great host! Very responsive and worked with me as much as she could for an earlier check in time. There were some hidden fees that need to be updated: the hotel deposit is $100 per night that you stay not $100 total.

Palm Place is attached to The Palms Casino and you check-in & check-out pretty much like a hotel room. It's nice that they do not charge you a resort fee and The Palms offer free self parking as well.

The view is amazing and the location is great if you want a place that is close enough to the strip but quiet. Building security was everywhere so you felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and I am picky due to back issues.

Leanne’s place was amazing, amazing views from the balcony . The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a plus for me some relaxation. I would definitely be back and will always choose this location.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, gorgeous view of the strip on the 33rd floor with Iron/board, microwave, stove and fridge all included. The place would make it seem like your private penthouse suite in Vegas.

Leanne's place is the perfect location with the perfect view for a stay in Vegas if you want to do things on and off the strip! We rented a car and planned to do a lot off the strip, but it was so nice to see the strip lights…
