The hotel was great and exactly as expected. There’s a sink, dishwasher, washer/dryer which was very helpful. The front desk, bell boy and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

Nice, accessible room at the Palms Place Hotel - easy skybridge access to the Palms Casino and the event spaces there. The room was quiet and west-facing so the room did not get hit by the full sun in the morning.

Fantastic room! Loved the furniture and atmosphere and very gorgeous. Abby was a fantastic host and very helpful. She was very fast at responding and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning to her again!

Overall, my stay was really well. Abby’s place was absolutely as described. My only issue was the charge for extra towels, although we weren’t given enough for our stay.
