83 2 Brand new to Airbnb, New Construction/DT LV

This is a lovely space if coming to Vegas. An absolute gem and close to everything. The space is clean and ready for guests. We enjoyed our time. Great space if you are bringing a pet. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at Cheryl’s place for a long weekend and it was great. There is a full kitchen so we could cook some of our own meals. It’s close to Fremont, about five minutes drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Super clean and organized and had a lot of room for a small place! Brought our 2 small dogs and they enjoyed the outside. We loved it here! Super close to so much and it is quiet and convenient. Would def stay again!

A Diamond in the Rough! ⭐️ The rental was perfect and the host was excellent. The parking was right in front of the property, so this was extremely convenient. The neighborhood is a little older, but it was quiet and peaceful.

House was very nice all accommodations were met. Location was close enough to popular locations and also near the communities groceries very convenient.

I think the stay was in a quiet area close enough to different attractions. It's not a very walkable area, but close enough to drive or Uber. The price felt fair, but the floors were really dirty.
