Fannie was fantastic! Very responsive and friendly. Valet was fantastic! Loved the balcony. We were able to open it and enjoy sitting outside, with the beautiful view, when it cooled down! Lol. We went to the A.Y.C.E.

Check-in process is simple and host is very quick in responding. The room was very clean and spacious, with a nice balcony view (not accessible). The refrigerators and kitchen were also good.

I had a great stay at Fannie's place. I was there for 10 days in October. The location is great. Really easy to get to a lot of places, on and off the strip. The view is outstanding.

The location was perfectly located, less than five minutes from the strip. All the shopping amenities (off the strip) necessary without having to pay top Vegas strip prices.

My husband and I were in for the weekend. Fannie was easy to get in touch with and fast with responding to my questions. Room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was super easy.
