Cozy private studio just 15 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes from the airport. The suite is fully separated from our main home, offering comfort, privacy, and a private entrance with dedicated parking on the right side of the driveway. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to shops and cafes. Please note: the studio is windowless by design for added quiet and privacy. A great fit for solo travelers or guests who enjoy a calm, restful space. I’m always happy to help with any questions.

Nice and cozy stay! Private! Clean! Lots of street parking but the driveway is big and you can park there. Was by myself with one friend coming to visit. There’s one bed that can fit two people and one couch that can fit one person.

MaritaStayed February 2026 · Homey GuesthouseFirst off, the A/C was amazing, didn't even notice the 112°F the month we visited. Also, it was super easy to get luggage into the room since the door was really close to the parking spot.
I had the pleasure of staying at Amanda’s property and it was perfect. The location was close enough to freeway access and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. The decor was immaculate.
