34th Floor Suite | Balcony Access | No Resort Fees

Would say this is THE place to stay for a trip to LV. Amazing views of The Strip, large balcony, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, luxury bathroom ... and FREE self parking. We stayed for a week.

The room was fantastic and truly luxurious—exactly as it appears in the photos. The bed and the shower were both incredible, and for the first time I didn’t miss any of the amenities I have at home.

Absolutely loved this home! Everything was beautiful from the moment we walked in. The lighting throughout the home gave such a luxury and relaxing vibe, especially at night.

This place was beyond amazing!!!! 10/10. Great furniture amazing views. Very spacious. It was very clean and fun. The only down fall is that if you expect the hotel to give you a good service, they won’t.

Nubar’s place is just as beautiful as pictured! The views during the day AND night are breathtaking. I mean I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Everything was well organized and easy to find.

Our stay was amazing! As soon as you walk in it exceeds expectations! The pictures don’t even do it justice! The view was amazing from every direction and angle! We really enjoyed the view and the balcony all times of the day and…

This place was fabulous! Incredible views and windows. On the 34th floor facing North West. Very quiet. Great bed. Large Smiths Grocery (Kroger) 20 min walk away. We walked there and took Uber back. The strip is a $20 Uber away.
